Common Seller Disclosures

Wednesday July 26, 2006
Many home sellers wonder: "What do I need to disclose to a home buyer? What is a material fact?" The rule of thumb is if you wonder about a specific issue or item, then odds are it should be disclosed. Another way to answer the question is to put yourself in the shoes of the home buyer.
