10 Reasons to Bring an Agent to the Table

Follow me on:

Last week I talked with a woman who wants to sell her home in Land Park and buy a bigger home in East Sacramento. She was furious with her last real estate agent; hated her mortgage rep and everybody at the title company, too. I listened to her unleash her fury for a few minutes, because it's good to let prospects sound off. Besides, I understand those sentiments. Especially when they concern discounter agents.

In California, one out of every 50 adults holds a real estate license. Yet research shows that only about 20% of those agents know what they are doing. Which means a skilled and talented agent brings a lot to the table. Top-notch agents have value that you might not have considered if your only experience has been with those on the lower-end of the food chain.

Here are 10 reasons to hire an agent. Tell me your opinion by adding a comment below, OK?

I agree 110% Elizabeth! Although I am a Realtor myself so I’m biased no doubt.

Well written article, did you used to be a Realtor yourself? You would make a good one. ;)

Thanks for the read!

Thanks, Josh. And yes, I am an active Realtor. I’ve been in this business since 1974.
