Thanks for that feedback, John. I am pleased to see that you also give a guarantee. I don’t know why more agents don’t. I’ve heard stories from clients that their agent tried to hold them captive and refused to cancel agreements. Why anybody would insist on working with a person who doesn’t want to work with them is beyond me. It creates ill will and generates negative talk within the community about the agent and the agent’s company.
