Experienced Real Estate Agents Work With Happier Clients

Wednesday July 18, 2007
Is it true that experienced real estate agents work with happier real estate clients? Or are clients happier working with an agent who has experience?

Hey, it's no secret that because of the falling real estate market in many areas of the country, lots of real estate agents are dropping likes flies. These are mostly people who came into the real estate business at the height of sellers' markets and could not adjust to the changing marketplace. My own local board of Realtors has reported a huge dip in membership and loss of revenue.

And I believe that being able to draw on past experiences to guide clients is a valued service that ultimately keeps clients happier.

If you're struggling with the decision of which agent to hire, perhaps these tips will explain why agents leave the business and why you might want to consider hiring an experienced agent for your next transaction: read more

Your points are well thought out and informative. I found the list of things an experienced agent should have and do especially useful. And the dog is just funny.

I think that dog is a hoot, which is why I shot his photo. People give him money, too. I gave him a quarter as payment for taking his picture. Thanks for stopping by, James.
