Real Estate Horoscopes for Home Buying & Selling

Will your real estate horoscope for 2008 help to guide your destiny and predict whether you should buy or sell a home?

I guess it depends on whether you believe in the Zodiac. I admit that I read my morning horoscope in the paper. If the horoscope says I'm going to enjoy a fabulous day, it perks me up a little. If it says my day will be crummy -- and I should point out that I've never read a really bad horoscope -- well, I decide that those less-than-desirable horoscopes are talking about some other Cancer and not specifically about me.

But I did study the characteristics of each sun sign before I wrote this fairly tongue-in-cheek piece. The funny thing is I have already received e-mails from readers telling me that I nailed their sign. Do Geminis have a hard time choosing a home to buy? Do Cancers gravitate toward fixer uppers?
