Book Review of How to Buy Your First Home

Friday July 11, 2008
I just finished reading How to Buy Your First Home: Expert Advice from an Attorney, by Diana Broadman Summers.

It's refreshing to find so many resources available today for first-time home buyers. You can find an abundance of advice and tips online or at the book store. But be aware that not every home buying book you find at the library nor at Amazon.com is going to help you.

Many books are filled with first-person advice, which might not satisfy your quench for thirst because they are limited in scope and nature. Other self-help books contain well researched material. Some are outdated. Even if they are a second or third edition.

That's one reason why I review books for my readers and try to give my honest, unbiased opinion about them . . . read more about How to Buy Your First Home.
