You can read those amusing things in agent blogs online at web sites such as Active Rain. Hi, just a quick response in connection with the comment you made about new agents. First of all, to clarify my position on the subject, I am not a new agent by any means. However, I think you need to reflect on the moment in history when you were a new agent and see if being a new agent had anything to do with your being able to properly handle the Buyer or Seller you desired to represent.
Being a new agent should not be a cause for blacklisting. If that were the case none of us would live to be called an experienced agent.
That’s what family is for, heh, heh.
Seriously, when I started in the business, I partnered with an experienced agent. Sure, agents have to start somewhere, but let me ask you this: if you went to see a lawyer for a pressing legal matter, would you want an experienced lawyer or a novice who just passed the bar exam? Most people want experience, that’s all I’m saying. Good luck to you in your career.
