Many home buyers don't know which home closing documents to keep.

It's no wonder that home buyers can be confused because there is so much paperwork involved in every transaction. Signing loan documents alone can easily mean putting initials or a signature on more than 100 pages. A buyer can get writer's cramp.

There are also tons of disclosures from the seller, inspection reports and state-required disclosures, in addition to the initial home purchase offer.
