ONe thing is..if its going to take you months on end…probably wont be worth it. IN todays market you have to do it FAST! Or values go down.
I would like to email with you briefly – we live in Southern Oregon (outside economically depressed Klamath Falls, where there are virtually NO JOBS, save for a few minimum-wage jobs, and there’s competition for them). We want to see and return to the Bay Area…..NOW ! We’re trying to find some money from a source……but, if we move and rent this house out, we take the risk of bad renters and unpaid monthly rent of $650.00, which would cover the mortgage payments here.
What should we do ? We’re asking $107,950.00 right now, but I’d take $90K or even 85K, a tiny profit, just so I CAN GET BACK TO WORK IN THE BAY AREA, which has jobs despite the depressed marketplace.
What would you advise ? Please email me back at the above address and tell me how to contact you. THANKS !
