Have you ever wondered when is the best day to buy a home?

Before I got into real estate, I used to think it was a day in mid-summer. Maybe that's because instead of taking a family vacation, my parents always moved during the summer months. Once, my mother moved and didn't even give me the new address, if you can believe that. I had to call my brother and ask, "Hey, where's our new house?"
