How To Avoid Offer Rejection

Very few home buyers expect to face an offer rejection, yet sometimes the way the offer is written leaves the seller no other choice.

You'd probably love to be a fly on the wall when your offer is presented to the seller, wouldn't you? In the olden days, like before Paris Hilton, most offers were presented by the buyer's agent in front of the seller and the listing agent. But today, buyers don't really know what's going on with their offer because common practice calls for the listing agent to present all offers to the seller.
