Offer Negotiation Tips That Make Sellers Say Yes

Using a few time-tested and strategic offer negotiation tips in your next purchase offer will increase your chances of acceptance.

One trick that has worked very well for my buyers is to appeal to the seller's emotions and give the seller a reason to care about you more than any other buyer. This particular offer negotiation tip works whether you're in a multiple offer situation or just another buyer who doesn't want to pay full price.
