How to Fire Your Real Estate Agent

So your agent hasn't called you in weeks and you want to cancel your listing agreement. Can you? How do you do it? How do you fire an agent?

What if the shoe is on the other foot, and you're an agent who wants to dump a client. You don't want to get a reputation for being unreasonable or mean, so how do you do it?
