Not Every Buyer is Really Ready to Be a Home Buyer

How do you know if you're ready to be a home buyer?

For starters, most buyers spend a lot of time thinking about their dream home. They know how many bedrooms they need, whether a garage is important and might have even narrowed down the neighborhoods where they want to look. Buyers might also harbor a secret fear that they're not ready to be a buyer. That's a normal feeling, and it generally dissipates after a few weeks in contract.
