Glad to know it isn’t all about Realtor stress
Homebuyer Stress can be daunting. However, when you think of it as an investment into your future it takes some of the stress out.
Also, you have to trust the debt ratios and stick to them. Do not go out and spend a lot of money on things after you close on the home.
Allow time for the dust to settle and make 6 monthly payments or so and then take a look at your budget.
