I bought a unique home that is not similar to the other houses on my block at all. I really liked this article’s take on unique homes. I ultimately bought the house because it was cheaper than the other houses on the block because of it’s unique features. I also bought a home warranty from by 24-7 Home Warranty that costs $25/month. So far my experience has been great because it has helped me keep my home repair costs low especially because I discovered that a lot of repairs needed to be done to my home
