In just a few short years, an Equator short sale
has become a common household phrase.
OK, well, it's common in my house, anyway. My husband, whether he likes it or not, has to hear about Equator short sales day in and day out. That's because we both work from home, and I handle a lot of short sales. There were the years before Equator, or BE, as I like to call them. And I don't like to think about those years and short sales because short sales, for the most part, back then were simply horrible. That's not to say they are greatly improved today but they are much better, thanks to Equator.
What will greatly enhance my life is when Chase Bank joins Equator. It's already in Equator in other parts of the country, having rolled out a few pilot programs. But Chase is not yet participating in Equator in Sacramento. My Chase Bank contact says that is slated for next spring.
