12 Days of Christmas

Once you hear the 12 Days of Christmas, it's hard to get that Christmas carol out of your head. I wrote my own version of the 12 Days of Christmas for home sellers.

It's becoming par for the course for the holiday season in December to be a busy time for real estate in California. It's likely due to the fact that many home buyers are eager to take advantage of the lower interest rates now available, not to mention, the low prices. Sacramento prices, for example, are so low and inventory is so tight that homes are selling within a week of hitting the market.
