Tips for Choosing a Short Sale Agent

In some cities, I imagine it's really hard to choose a short sale agent.

If there aren't very many short sales in your city, then it's even harder to find a short sale agent. That's because agents don't specialize in short sales unless there is a need for a short sale agent. It's doing short sales that breeds short sale agents. You don't find a short sale agent at a seminar for short sale agents. You find a short sale agent in the trenches, with many closed short sales under her feet.
