Ever year I write about the best day to buy a home, but does anybody listen? No, probably not. That's because there is not a lot of inventory on the market during the holidays.
Before I got into real estate, I used to think the best day to buy a home was in the summer. That's because most of my friends seemed to move away in the summer. My parents never thought about the best day to buy a home. When we had to move, it was time to buy. But if you had to pick one day out of the entire year to buy a home, tomorrow is probably the best day, and I know it sounds crazy but there is a reason.
