You can see that my user name is saved within the browser, so I'm all set to hit Login. If you're not registered, you'll need to click on the Create a new account text. Don't worry, it's fast, it's free, and the small amount of information you give us remains confidential.

After you've registered, you'll be taken to the message-posting screen.

• A pulldown menu at the top left shows which folder you've selected for your message. Change folders if you like.
• Type a subject where it says Enter Your Discussion Title Here. This is the text that attracts readers to your message, so make it something very specific.
• If you are replying to a message, the user's name will appear in the To menu. If you are starting a new topic your message defaults To All. Pull down the menu to find specific users.
• Type your message in the large text box. When you're finished, hit Post. There are more options at the bottom of the page, including Preview and the ability to format your text with HTML.
• That's it--now you'll be returned to the forum, and your message is on the boards for all to read.
