Definition: Agents call lookie loos "time wasters." Lookie loos are people who often masquerade as buyers but have no real intention of ever buying. Other types of Lookie loos are those who are intensely curious about the interior of other people's homes and have developed a hobby of touring open houses.
Also Known As: Tire kickers
Examples: When confronted, Lookie Loos will say, "Oh, I just live down the street." (As if that explains their fascination.)
