As far as I'm concerned, and I believe I hold the same opinion as many Land Park residents, there is no better location in Land Park than to be on William Land Park. This four-bedroom, two-bath home was on the market for one day before it sold. It has 2,120 square feet, according to the assessor, and was built in 1939, remodeled in 2002.

The views of the park from this home are unbelievable. There is a pool with fountains in the back yard, and it sits on .16 acre. It has a total of seven rooms, a concrete tile roof and a fireplace.

This home sold in September of 2005 at $1,150,000. The listing agent was also the selling agent. It previously sold in March of 2001 at $555,000.
