This Tudor was built in 1936 by master craftsman Frank "Squeaky" Williams. Squeaky Williams was a well known architect who built many homes in the 1920s to 1930s, which include Spanish Revival styles as well as Tudors. His homes are sought-after homes in Land Park and quickly sell.

The home on 13th was remodeled in 2000, and it has three bedrooms, two baths, plus an attached two-car garage. The master suite features large closets, double sinks in the bath and many windows. In addition to a formal dining room, there is eat-in space in the kitchen. It also has a basement.

This home sold with zero days on market above list price in May of 2005 at $725,000. The listing and selling agents worked at the same brokerage. It sold in its original condition as a two-bedroom home in February of 2000 with one day on the market at $196,000. It then sold again after the remodel in September of 2000 at $425,000.
