David Syring is founder and content manager of Listed Green – an exclusive Green MLS, unique to listing only green, energy-efficient sustainable properties and developments for sale / rent worldwide.

David is also an active member of the local Nevada chapter of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council), a LEED program proponent for both commercial and residential developments in Nevada and the USA.

As a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), David is committed to changing general building practices by encouraging more sustainable methods, which he hopes will someday be embraced across the United States and globally. He is also a contributing member of Global Green USA, a non-profit organization, the goal of which is fostering a global value shift toward a sustainable and secure future.

David has made a lifetime alliance with Co-Op America, an environmental non-profit organization. The mission of Co-Op America is to harness economic power -- the strength of consumers, investors, businesses, and the marketplace -- to create a socially just and environmentally sustainable society. Listed Green is listed in Co-Op America's Green Business Network as a socially and environmentally responsible company, which promises to operate in ways that support workers and communities, and to protect the environment.

David actively promotes innovative building practices throughout the residential building industry. He has a background in heavy construction projects for more than 23 years in the southwest region of the United States before becoming involved in real estate in 2002.

A Las Vegas resident for more than 15 years, he resides with his fiancee, a law firm administrator.
